COE Proposals — Centre of Excellence
A comprehensive institutional blueprint for establishing drone training centres and electronics laboratories within universities, polytechnics, and defence academies. Each proposal covers infrastructure layout, curriculum integration, equipment sourcing, faculty mentorship pipelines, and regulatory compliance — enabling institutions to operationalise a fully functional UAV innovation hub from ground zero.
